We are seeking candidates with a commitment to teaching excellence in a diverse student community, research potential, possible industry experience, and willingness to actively participate in curriculum development and provide professional service to the department and the university. Assets: - Ability to teach Mathematic and Mathematic Education Courses at the undergraduate and graduate level in a variety of formats including faceto- face, hybrid, online, and problem-based classes. - Supervises undergraduate and graduate students' projects. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Provide leadership in curriculum development and professional service, participating in leading the BA in mathematics with secondary teaching certificate. - Demonstrated commitment to service to the university, profession, and community. - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including local independent school districts. - K-12 teaching experience is highly valuable.
