The University of Alabama in Huntsville's Department of Mathematical Sciences invites applications for two Clinical Assistant Professors in mathematics to begin in August 2022. These are non-tenure-track positions in mathematics that will be available from Fall 2022 to Spring 2023. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in mathematics by the appointment date. Applicants who can demonstrate evidence of teaching excellence will be given preference. The Department of Mathematical Sciences, which offers academic programs leading to Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Mathematics, has over 18 full-time faculty members whose expertise covers major topics arising in applied mathematics. The successful applicants will be expected to teach upper-level undergraduate and graduate courses.
