William Gordon Seggie Brown Research Fellowship in Mathematical Sciences UE07 - £37,099 - £44,263 School of Mathematics College of Science and Engineering Fixed term for 3 years Full time at 35 hours per week Applications are invited for the WILLIAM GORDON SEGGIE BROWN Research Fellowship in Mathematical Sciences, tenable at the School of Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh. The Fellowship will commence September 2024 or other agreed date. The successful candidate should show very considerable promise in research, and would normally have relevant qualifications for the role by the time of taking up the fellowship. The Fellow will pursue world-class research throughout the fellowship, as well as contributing to the teaching activity of the School of Mathematics. The Fellow will be associated to one of our existing research themes and will be supported by an academic mentor. The starting salary will be in the range of £37,099 - £44,263, depending on experience.
