Position Description:    

The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science in the McAnulty College and Graduate School of Liberal Arts at Duquesne University invites applications for a non tenure-track Visiting Assistant Professor position in computer science, to span the 2020-2021 academic year, beginning fall 2020. The successful candidate will teach 12 credits per semester and will be engaged with 19 other full-time departmental faculty. The department offers undergraduate majors in computer science, cybersecurity studies, data science, mathematics, and applied mathematics, as well as a master's degree in computer science and a multidisciplinary Master's program in computational mathematics and statistics.


Master's in computer science or equivalent technical discipline, Ph.D. preferred. Must have a strong commitment to undergraduate education.
