Research Assistant (Postdoc, m/f/d) under the ERC-Grant “RationAlgic”
(Salary Scale 13 TV-L, 100 %)
to be appointed on October 1st, 2023 or earlier. The position is limited to 2 years.
Responsibilities and duties
The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the research of the department. He/she should have a good research track record in Algebraic Geometry and participate actively in the activities of the ERC-Project.
Employment conditions
To qualify for the position, applicants must hold a scientific university degree. Furthermore, a doctoral degree in Mathematics with above-average success in Algebraic Geometry is expected. The applicants research is expected to have some connections to rationality questions and/or algebraic cycles.
