The Mathematics Research and Teaching Group at the Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus (METU NCC) is seeking applicants for faculty positions at all ranks. New Ph.D.’s and experienced academics with a view to take up a permanent position, as well as visiting scholars are welcome. The positions will be full-time and will be available from September 2010, or such other date that is mutually agreed.

Applicants in the fields of representation theory, noncommutative geometry, algebraic geometry, number theory or algebraic topology will be given some preference, however researchers in all areas of mathematics are encouraged to apply. The review of the applications will begin March 31, 2010, and will continue until the positions are filled.
