The Department of Mathematics, Miami University, invites applications for two or more tenure
track Assistant Professor positions starting in Fall 2010.
The successful candidates must have completed a Ph.D. in Mathematics or
Applied Mathematics before the starting date. Duties include an active
research program and effective teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate
levels. Strong preference will be given to candidates in Geometry/Topology
or Ordinary Differential Equations, but outstanding candidates in
all areas matching existing research groups in the department will be
