The Opportunity The Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science at Simon Fraser University invites applications for two full-time positions as Lecturer to commence September 1, 2021. The Department is recognized for its research in statistical modeling and mathematical statistics, and their applications and the breadth and quality of the statistics training it provides to the University community. The Department engages 24 research-active faculty members who study and apply modern statistical and data sciences and actuarial science research and 2 teaching faculty who provide innovative, effective instruction in modern statistics and actuarial science.
