Temple University Department of Mathematics Research Assistant Professor Temple University, Department of Mathematics, is seeking one or two Postdoctoral Fellows (with the title of Research Assistant Professor) of Applied Mathematics to commence Fall 2010. The position is up to three years. The initial teaching load is one course per semester. We are looking for candidates who further strengthen the department's research in scientific computing and numerical analysis. The candidate is expected to collaborate with Prof. Benjamin Seibold. Particular expertise or interest in computational fluid dynamics, traffic modeling, or kinetic equations is very welcome but not required. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Mathematics, or a related field, by the time of appointment.
