The Department of Mathematics at Temple University seeks applications for two Postdoctoral Assistant Professors (non-tenure track). Preferred areas for the search are Algebra, Analysis, and Computational and Applied Mathematics, but strong candidates in other areas will be given consideration.

The positions are intended for new or recent Ph.D.s with strong research potential and excellent teaching skills. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in mathematics by the time of appointment and will be each paired with a faculty mentor (or mentors) in their research areas.

The initial appointment is for two years, with the possibility of extension to a third year per mutual agreement. The teaching load is 2-1 in the first two years.
