We are seeking outstanding candidates working in either one of the following areas: extremal combinatorics, probabilistic combinatorics, graph theory, Ramsey theory, or combinatorial number theory.

The successful candidates will join a community of researchers in the Combinatorics Group within the School of Mathematical Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China. The profile and research interests of the group may be found at: https://ustc-comb.github.io/

The position comes with excellent research conditions and a starting salary of no less than 280,000 CNY (up to 380,000 CNY for extraordinary applicants who are enrolled by national or USTC postdoc program). The anticipated starting date for this position is September 1, 2023, but an earlier or later starting date is also possible. The position does not carry teaching duties (upon request in case needed).
