The University of Virginia, Department of Mathematics, invites applications for a tenure-track position in Harmonic Analysis (Calderon-Zygmund theory of singular integral operators, smoothness spaces, regularity of partial differential equations, geometric measure theory) at the Assistant Professor level starting August 25, 2008. All candidates must have completed a Ph.D. in Mathematics by July 31st, 2008, and must present evidence of outstanding accomplishments in both research and teaching.
