Position Description:    

The Department of Mathematics in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, seeks to fill two tenure-track positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor level with an anticipated start date of August 2018.

The department is particularly interested in mathematicians whose research encompasses aspects of algebra, geometry and topology. Candidates should have demonstrated excellence in research and a strong commitment to graduate and undergraduate education. A doctoral degree is required at the time of appointment.
