Position Description:    

Applications are invited for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Mathematics at Bradley University beginning August 2019.

Candidates must have college-level teaching experience and possess a Ph.D. in mathematics or statistics by the start date. Preference will be given to candidates who are broadly trained and have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in statistics, but candidates with a Ph.D. in mathematics and a strong background in statistics will be considered. The candidate is expected to teach across all levels of the undergraduate curriculum. An active research program and scholarly publication are required for tenure and advancement. Review of applications will begin on October 1, 2018 and continue until the position is filled. Other positions may become available in the future.
