Duties and Responsibilities

The fellow to be hired will be jointly mentored by a group of PIs from Departments of Statistics (primary mentor), Applied Math and Molecular Biosciences to develop new data-driven approaches for inference of metabolic network structures and dynamics in the model organism C. elegans. The fellow will also be responsible for performing integrative analyses of genomic, genetic and metabolic data. The position is most appropriate for those interested in learning and developing new methods for network inference and model identification. The position provides opportunities to aid in experimental design and/or perform experiments (not required).
