One tenure-track Assistant Professor Position in the Department of Mathematics.

The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in mathematics and a demonstrated potential for excellence in mathematics research and teaching. Preference will be given to applicants who (i) have a documented research background in some area of operator algebras or modern analysis; and (ii) have the potential to interact with and strengthen existing research groups within the Department of Mathematics.

Teaching responsibilities include graduate and undergraduate courses in mathematics. The ideal candidate will be able to establish a strong, independent research program in operator algebras/modern analysis.

Starting Date: August 2019
