Assistant Professor

Applications are invited for one Assistant Professor position in the Department of Mathematics at Louisiana State University in any area of mathematical sciences.

Required Qualifications: Ph.D. or an equivalent degree in mathematics or a closely related field.

Desired Qualifications: Research excellence as well as commitment to graduate and undergraduate education; at least two years academic experience beyond doctorate.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. An offer of employment is contingent on a satisfactory pre-employment background check.
