Job Description: The Department of Mathematics in the College of Arts and Sciences invites applicants for a position of Assistant Lecturer of Mathematics, beginning August 2019. This is a three-year position with the potential to renew. Responsibilities of this position include teaching 12 credit hours in Mathematics and/or Statistics per semester, and conducting research and other scholarly activity. The area of mathematical specialty is open, but preference will made to areas of Applied Mathematics. Responsibilities of this position also include advising students and contributing to the general education curriculum.

Requirements: An earned Ph.D. by August 2019 in Mathematics is required.
