Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Assistant Professor of Applied Mathematics. This is a probationary/tenure-track appointment with an expected start date of August 19, 2019. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching a wide variety of lower and upper level undergraduate mathematics courses using an innovative and modern curriculum. Additionally, you will be expected to teach courses that may include, but are not limited to, courses in your area of expertise as well as Precalculus, Single Variable and Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and/or Introductory Statistics. Minimum qualifications for this position include a Ph.D. in Mathematics (Applied, Computational, or Pure with an applied emphasis) with an anticipated completion date by August 2019 and evidence of successful college/university teaching.
