 The Department of Mathematics at Middlebury College seeks to hire a Visiting Assistant Professor of Statistics for a one-year position beginning in fall 2019. A PhD in statistics or a closely related field is desirable. The successful candidate will teach existing introductory statistics and data science offerings, as well as have the opportunity to craft new electives. Statistics is an expanding part of our curriculum, and this position represents an opportunity to gain valuable experience contributing to a vibrant and supportive undergraduate program.
