The Department of Mathematics at the
State University of New York at New Paltz invites applications for two
tenure-track Assistant Professor positions beginning in Fall 2020.
Applicants working in any area of mathematics are encouraged to apply. The
successful candidate will be expected to excel at teaching classes to
undergraduate students, to mentor undergraduate research projects or perform
equivalent activity, to maintain an active research program, and to provide
service to the department and university.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in
Mathematics or a closely related field prior to the beginning of the contract.
