Position Description:    

Waldorf University seeks interested and available candidates for a full-time teaching position for Spring 2020 semester in the Mathematics department. Ideal candidate capable of teaching Math 101, Statistics and Calculus courses. The University will also be seeking a full-time tenure track faculty member beginning with the 2020-21 academic year. Interested candidates for spring are welcome to apply to the full-time position by indicating in their letter of application. The review of applications begins immediately for Spring semester and the full-time tenure track review will begin in February. Candidates should possess the following: 1. Master’s degree minimum (tenure track position will require a Ph.D). 2. Evidence of excellence in teaching preferred. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Commitment and enthusiasm for the welfare of undergraduate students. 5. Commitment and enthusiasm for continued professional development and involvement of undergraduate students. 6. The ability to relate well to students, faculty and to staff. Waldorf University is a 4-year private institution offering 19 majors with over 30 emphases, and recently added online Master’s programs in Organizational Leadership, Education, and Health Care Management.
