| The Indian institute of Science education and Research (IISER) Pune (http://www.iiserpune.ac.in/) is one of the newly established autonomous research institutes set up by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. IISERs have been set up with the primary goal to integrate high quality research with undergraduate teaching to improve science education in India and to enhance the number and quality of future academic as well as industrial researchers of the country. IISER Pune is actively looking to recruit faculty in pure and applied mathematics at all levels. We invite applications for the following positions: Postdoctoral Researcher, Visiting Fellow, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor. The duration of the temporary positions (Postdoctoral Researcher, Visiting Fellow) may vary from one to three years. Applications are invited from all areas of mathematics. The Institute encourages interdisciplinary research in all branches of science or engineering. A strong commitment to research and teaching is essential.
