| Claremont McKenna College seeks applicants for a tenure-track position in statistics to begin July 1, 2011. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in mathematical or applied statistics, a strong record of methodological research/consulting, and excellent skills in teaching undergraduates. A successful candidate will have a broad background in statistics, be an outstanding teacher, have a strong research agenda, and be interested in teaching a wide range of courses, some of which include the applications of statistics. The position is at the Assistant Professor rank and the teaching load at CMC is 2 courses per semester.
