at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee The Department of Mathematics at Vanderbilt University invites applications for a position at the tenured level beginning Fall 2011. Exceptional candidates from any area of pure or applied mathematics are encouraged to apply, but priority will be given to applicants in the research areas of the department or number theory and algebraic geometry.
