Washington University in St. Louis We plan to hire a William Chauvenet Post-doctoral lecturer in Mathematics, whose term will begin in the fall of 2011. This is a two year, non tenure track faculty position with the possibility of extension to a three year term. The teaching load is three one semester courses per year. Applicant should have research interests that mesh with those of our permanent faculty. These are in the general direction of geometry/topology, algebra/algebraic geometry, analysis and statistics. Though all applications will be considered, we will pay special attention to the algebra/algebraic geometry/combinatorics category. An application should include curriculum vita, research statement, teaching statement, publication list, and three or four letters of recommendation.
