| Non-Tenure Track Visiting Assistant Professor in Mathematics
The Department of Mathematical Sciences, DePaul University, invites applications for a non-tenure track visiting assistant professor position starting September 2012. The department seeks candidates who are strongly committed to teaching and actively engaged in research.
The teaching load is three courses per quarter. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in mathematics. DePaul University seeks applicants that reflect the diversity of its student body and the city of Chicago.
To receive full consideration, completed applications must be received by May 11, 2012, but the review process will continue until the position is filled.
Applications should include a cover letter, curriculum vitae and three letters of recommendation, at least one of which should provide documentation in support of teaching effectiveness. Candidates are also encouraged to supply additional information such as formal teaching evaluation summaries.
