| The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Boston University invites applications for a Full Time Lecturer position, beginning September 1, 2012. The position is for two years, with the possibility of subsequent renewal subject to satisfactory performance. The main responsibilities are to teach three introductory mathematics and statistics courses per semester, during each of the Fall and Spring Semesters. The duties may also include supervision of teaching assistants for some introductory courses. Strong commitment to teaching a broad spectrum of undergraduates is essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
