The Department of Mathematics at Duke University in Durham, NC invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level to begin July 1, 2017 or later.
Candidates must have exceptional research achievements and evidence of high-quality teaching. Excellent applications from all fields of mathematics, both pure and applied, will be considered.
In addition, we are particularly interested in applicants in the following fields
* Data science: Applied harmonic analysis, computational linear algebra, machine learning.
* Partial differential equations and dynamical systems, both pure and applied.
