The Department of Mathematics at the University of Oklahoma is accepting applications to the graduate program by way of Mathjobs.  You may submit all the required application materials here.  The department is using Mathjobs to prescreen applications and determine admission decisions, so that students can avoid having to pay the required university application fee.
