Applications are invited for a Research Associate post in Theoretical Physics in the Department of Mathematics at King’s College London. The Theoretical Physics group conducts research in supersymmetry, string and related areas. The permanent members of the group are Dr Dionysios Anninos, Dr Benjamin Doyon, Professor Nadav Drukker, Professor Nikolay Gromov, Professor Christopher Herzog, Professor Neil Lambert, Dr Sameer Murthy, Professor George Papadopoulos, Dr Andreas Recknagel, Professor Gerard Watts and Professor Peter West. This is a fixed-term post for 24 months, and is funded by the European Research Council (ERC) research project EXACTC. Candidates should have the potential to carry out research which has high levels of originality, innovation and depth that may lead to significant impact on their field over the long term, and have expertise related to the areas of integrability and AdS/CFT correspondence.
