The United States Military Academy at West Point has multiple openings in the Department of Mathematical Sciences for the academic year beginning in the summer (late June) of 2021. Candidates will be evaluated on their potential for scholarly accomplishment, their ability to teach our core mathematics courses (Mathematical Modeling and Intro to Calculus, Calculus, and Probability and Statistics) as well as our electives courses, their willingness and ability to develop as a teacher, and their ability to serve as a role model for cadets both in and outside of the classroom. This is a nonrenewable term appointment that is normally for 3 years. The salary plus locality adjustment is $91,518.
