LECTURER POSITIONS UTSA Department of Mathematics The Department of Mathematics in the College of Sciences at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) invites applications for up to four (4) positions at the ranks of Lecturer I and Lecturer II starting in Spring 2021. Rank upon appointment will be commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications. Responsibilities of Lecturers include teaching four (4) undergraduate course sections each semester at the level of Calculus II and below, plus curriculum development and coordination with other instructors. Required Qualifications for Lecturer I: A Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field with a minimum of one year experience teaching at the collegiate level. Required Qualifications for Lecturer II: A Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience teaching at the collegiate level. Preferred Qualifications: A Doctoral degree in Mathematics or related field and 5 years experience teaching at the collegiate level.
