Faculty Positions at National Taiwan University--Institute of Statistics and Data Science


The newly approved Institute of Statistics and Data Science at National Taiwan University has multiple tenure-track (or non-tenure-track) faculty positions starting August 1, 2022. The academic ranks will be commensurate with credentials and experiences. All areas of expertise related to Statistics and Data Science are welcome. A Ph.D. degree in Statistics or a related field before beginning employment is required. Candidates are expected to sustain excellence in research, teaching, and service. Interested applicants should include: 
  • (1) cover letter, 
  • (2) curriculum vitae (including a complete list of publications), 
  • (3) research and teaching statements, 
  • (4) three letters of references, 
  • (5) representative publications (at most three within five years), and 
  • (6) other supporting materials (e.g., evidence of work experiences, transcripts for fresh Ph.D.).
