The Department of Mathematics at the University of Utah invites applications for the following postdoctoral positions:


Three-year, non-tenure-track appointments at the level of Assistant Professor (Lecturer) or Research Assistant Professor.


These are 3-year, non-renewable postdoctoral positions. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2022. Applicants must have earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics or a closely-related field. Outstanding candidates in all areas of mathematics will be considered. Completed applications received before January 1, 2022, will receive full consideration. The review process can continue beyond this date until the positions are filled.

 

Applications must include a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a statement of research interests and plans, a teaching statement, a brief statement that addresses the applicant’s past and/or future commitment and contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and four or more letters of recommendation, at least one of which must address the candidate’s teaching record.
