The Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Memphis (UofM) seeks to hire two applicants for a two-year post-doctoral position in Analysis (with the possibility of renewal for a third year-pending budgetary allocations) beginning Spring 2023. Preference will be given to one candidate in the field of ergodic theory or dynamical systems and one candidate in the field of applied mathematics with emphasis on partial differential equations.

Candidates must have received a Ph.D. within the last 3 years; demonstrate potential for excellence in research; and have a commitment to undergraduate and graduate teaching. The teaching load will be three semester courses per year. Salary is competitive and includes benefits.
