Southern New Hampshire University invites applicants for an on-campus position at the Assistant Professor level in its student-focused Mathematics Department. You will join a cohesive department, and will have opportunities to teach several different classes at both the general education level and the core mathematics curriculum for the Math, Science, and Engineering programs at the University in Manchester, NH. In addition to an ability to teach the aforementioned coursework, an interest in teaching coursework in pure mathematics, applied mathematics and modeling, or mathematics for education is required. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate an excitement for mathematics and experience teaching undergraduate students, and for pursuing scholarly endeavors. Our department, and the University, is committed to continuing to build a more diverse academic community that aptly reflects the shifting demographics within our student body. You will report to the Dean of the School of Arts Sciences, and Education. This position will begin fall, 2023.

Southern New Hampshire University is located in Manchester, New Hampshire within about an hour's drive to the New England seacoast, the New Hampshire Lakes Region, the White Mountains, and the city of Boston, Massachusetts.

What we're Looking For:

- Master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or Statistics is required at the time of hire.

- Three or more years of teaching experience

- Passionate about teaching undergraduate students
