Applications are invited for several open-rank permanent and visiting positions in the College of Mathematical Sciences at Harbin Engineering University beginning in Fall 2023 (or on a mutually agreed date). Candidates in areas including but not constrained to dynamical systems, bifurcation analysis, complex networks, optimization, mathematical biology, biostatistics, mathematical epidemiology, computational biology, and bioinformatics are encouraged to apply. Duties include mathematical research, undergraduate and graduate teaching(1+1), and departmental and university service. Required Qualifications is Ph.D. or an equivalent degree in mathematics or a closely related field and an established research record in mathematics. Based on qualifications, salaries are competitive by international standards and are among the highest in China.
