The Mathematics Department at Syracuse University expects to fill one Philip T. Church Postdoctoral Fellow position, to begin in fall 2023. This is an academic-year position for the 2023-2024 academic year. The responsibilities include conducting research, contributing to the intellectual life of the department, and teaching; teaching load is 9 credits (3 courses) per academic year. Applicants should have a recent Ph.D. in an area of pure or applied mathematics or statistics, and strong potential in both research and teaching.
