In the last 12 months, 1225 employers from 242 states in 49 countries have used the service for 3126 job ads (with 1978 ads-only, 188 encouraging URMs to apply, and 1356 posted in the last 2 months; viewed 9009879 times); 44711 unique users have logged in; 5650 applicants have been on the 'Job Wanted' list, with 1447 in the Minority Registry; 13790 have registered as new applicants (with 1480 in the last 2 months) or updated their profiles; 9579 applicants have uploaded 186408 new documents; 9303 applicants have submitted 112914 new applications (with 6934 in the last 2 months,) with an average of 12.14 positions applied per applicant; 25288 reference writers have used the system, with 18306 reference writers uploaded 30792 new letters.
