| The Department of Mathematics and Statistics invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor of Actuarial Science starting in June 2012.
Requirements: PhD in Actuarial Science or a related discipline;teaching experience; Strong research record;expertise in financial mathematics would be an asset.
Fellow or Associate level membership in a recognized North American professional actuarial organization. Associate members are expected to complete their Fellowship within a reasonable timeframe. In exceptional circumstances, candidates who demonstrate their ability to reach the Associate level (or equivalent) within the first three years of their appointment may be considered.
