Mathematics, Rose-Hulman Insititute of Technology
Rose-Hulman is a small, private, mathematics, science and engineering school. It has about 1900 students with roughly 90% being undergraduates. About 80% of the students are in engineering, the remainder are in mathematics and science. The school continues to be very well ranked nationally among undergraduate institutions that have most of their degrees in technical disciplines.
The campus is located in a semi-rural area about a mile east of Terre Haute IN. The majority of students live on campus and so the campus is pretty well self-contained.
