Huntington University invites applicants for a tenure-track faculty position in Mathematics beginning Fall 2018. The ideal candidate will be committed to teaching undergraduate mathematics in a Christian liberal arts setting. Duties include teaching a variety of mathematics courses for majors as well as service courses for non-majors. This position is part of a three- person department that includes computer science.  Evidence of continuing scholarly activity is expected.

 

The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher committed to maintaining ongoing undergraduate research with students. A doctoral degree in mathematics or mathematics education is preferred. Candidates must complete a doctoral degree by the time of tenure review.
