Using the  EOE  option

Clicking on the EOE link will show you an EOE (Equal Opportunity Employment) summary report of your department's positions. This report is based on the EOE questions you may have added to all your job applications. The EOE screen shows group administrators summary data. Drilling down to see data for individual applicants can only be performed by the person who has been assigned as the EOE officer. Any group administrator can set up an EOE identity. Please see the box on the Config screen for setting up EOE access; such access may only be assigned to an individual outside of the faculty and staff already using the account.

These EOE questions are added from the Config screen using the EOE box. Please note that all EOE questions must be carefully formatted using instructions found on the Config screen (some perl scripting or html experience may be needed.) Consult appropriate staff at your own institution for assistance.
