The Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Mathematics, starting the fall semester of the 2023-24 academic year. The successful candidates must have a doctoral degree in statistics or closely related field at the time of hiring (ABDs near completion will also be considered). They should be committed to teaching a variety of undergraduate courses, developing new courses, and collaborating with department faculty on curriculum. Opportunities to establish research projects involving undergraduate students may be pursued. Effective communication skills are required. Applications from senior and qualified candidates can be considered for a higher rank.
