Position Description
We are looking for a postdoc in mathematics with focus on educational science. The research project is focussed on digital learning materials for the global south and refugee camps. More details on the project follows below.- Doctoral degree in mathematics, mathematics education, learning in mathematics, or digital learning. This eligibility requirement must be met no later than the time the employment decision is made
- You will need strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Teaching degree and teaching experience
- Strong background in mathematics
- Experience in the design and evaluation of learning with digital teaching materials
- Expertise in quantitative methods and learning analytics for processing and analysing data generated by users of the learning resource worldwide.
- The research focus for this position should be linked to the learning materiual developed by the lab, but the precise area in focus may depend on the applicants skills.
- Supervise master’s and/or PhD students to a certain extent
- Possibility to engage in teaching at undergraduate/master’s level
