We are hiring a postdoctoral researcher at Toulouse Mathematics Institute, funded by the ANR-DFG project REMECO. The position is for two years, with a starting date in Fall 2021 or before. All candidates interested in working in one or more of the following topics are encouraged to apply: branching random walks, statistical mechanics, branching processes, Gaussian processes, analysis of algorithms, random analytic functions. This is a research-only position (no teaching duties). The post-doc will interact with Pascal Maillard (Toulouse), Lisa Hartung (Mainz) and is encouraged to interact with other local researchers on topics related to the project.
