Qualifications:
- Ph.D. obtained within the last 3 years (or imminent defense).
- Typically ≤ 35 years old.
- Full-time commitment required.
- Demonstrated research innovation and potential. At least one high-impact publication as first author (or co-first/second author if supervisor is first), corresponding author, or significant contributor (alphabetical order).

- Annual base salary: RMB 300,000. Up to RMB 400,000 for joint appointments with Shanghai Frontier Research Center of Intelligent Computing and MoE Key Lab.
