XMU offers a merit-based, and competitive salary. Teaching responsibilities are light, particularly for early-career faculty members, to allow them to focus on their mathematical research. Start-up funding as well as assistance with grant applications will be provided to support the member's career development. In addition, faculty members are eligible for the University's housing subsidy programs.
