Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, located in the southern Israeli city of Be'er-Sheva, was founded in 1969, and currently has some 20,000 students. Ben-Gurion University is one of Israel's major research universities with a focus on the Natural, Social & Medical Sciences, the Humanities & Engineering and plays a major role in fueling Israel's world-leading high tech industry. The Department of Mathematics at Ben Gurion University, Israel, invites applications for postdoctoral fellowships for the 2020/21 academic year. Candidates should have completed recently (not more than 4 years ago), or be about to complete, a Ph.D. in mathematics. Postdoctoral fellows are expected to cooperate with members of the department or with the research groups within the department. Two types of positions are being offered: 1. Non-Teaching Positions. 2. Teaching Positions: Israeli candidates can apply for one or more teaching postdoctoral fellowships. Review of applications will begin on December 31 and will continue until July 10th. The fellowships start on October 1.
